Do you ship worldwide? Yes, we ship worldwide!

Where do you ship from? We ship from Hong Kong.

Can I change or cancel my order? We process orders quickly, so please request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests after this time will be denied. Once received, you can return the order for a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.

When will my order be processed? We process orders Monday through Friday. Expect processing within 1-3 business days from the order date, with shipping the next business day after processing. We don’t ship on weekends. Please allow extra time during holidays and busy sale seasons.

How long will it take to receive my order? Due to high demand, delivery typically takes 2-4 weeks.

What if I don't receive my order? If your order doesn’t arrive within 30 days after shipping, you’re eligible for a full refund.

Will I be charged customs and taxes? Prices on our site are shown in US Dollars and are tax-free. However, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply when your order reaches your country — these are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility. We’re not responsible for delays caused by customs. For details, contact your local customs office.

What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged? Reach out to us right away at Pets.estore11@gmail.com. Please include your order number, photos of the issue, and any relevant details. We’ll work quickly to resolve it for you.

When will I receive my refund? Refunds are issued to your original payment method. For credit/debit cards, the refund processes to your bank within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item or approve the cancellation. Contact your bank if the credit hasn’t appeared yet — it can sometimes take a little extra time to post.
